Rock Climbing The Western Cape offers some of the best climbing available in the country. If you stay anywhere near Cape Town you can get onto high quality rock routes within minutes.
Quad Biking The Atlantis Dunes, 27 square kilometers of pure white sand dunes, sometimes reaches the height of a six-storey building.The dunes are a protected, completely unspoiled area. Be prepared to be gob-smacked, even though you might be covered in sand!
Hiking This is quite a strenuous hike up the front face of Table Mountain which over looks the City Centre, Table Bay and Robben Island.
Sandboarding This is not as hard as you may initially think, so don’t worry if you have no previous experience with snow boarding or other board sports, our guides will show you everything you need to know to ensure you have an awesome day out on the dunes!
Abseiling A thrilling experience of adrenaline and achievement: a 112 metre controlled descent off Cape Town’s magnificent Table Mountain. Step off the top, at 1000 metres above sea level, and abseil into pure vertical space. This is the world’s highest commercial abseil. You are surrounded by awesome views and the deep blue Atlantic at your feet.
Paragliding Cape Town is one of the most spectacular places in the world to paraglide. Lion’s Head is the site that we fly from most commonly because of its location and the stunning views of Table Mountain and the Cape Town area. However, there are many flying sites in the area including Signal Hill, Sir Lowry’s Pass (just past Somerset West), Franschoek and Hermanus.
Tandem Sky Diving A 20-minute drive north along the R27, or West Coast road as it’s more commonly known, is all it takes for you to be whisked from the Cape Town city centre to a drop zone that boasts one of the best views in the world from altitude. To do a tandem skydive is one of the “must do” things while visiting in Cape Town. The plane ride to altitude 9000ft above the ground is breath taking.
Helicopter Flights Low flying over endless beaches, with the wind rushing in your ears and adrenalin pumping in your veins as you manoeuvre through the Blouberg Hills. A simulated combat mission through the combat zone leaving you hanging on to the edge of your seat begging for more!

Sea Kayaking One of the most unique places in the world – a penguin colony in suburban Cape Town! And the best way to see it is from the water safe in our kayaks. We leave from Simon’s Town Waterfront and paddle past the civilian and Naval Harbor and out to Boulder’s Beach.
